Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Capital City Cards website (capitalcitycards.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item received.

All trading cards are sold as described in each product listing. Grading information, where provided, is based on third-party grading companies or our own assessment and is offered in good faith.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are shown before applicable taxes. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the current Ontario rate of 13% will be calculated and added at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

Order Fulfillment

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Capital City Cards.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Capital City Cards or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital City Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once a package has been handed off for delivery.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
